The Speaker Cross River State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. John Gual Lebo has joined Nigerians in the public condemnation of President Muhamedu Buhari's Certificate scandal.
Gual who is the Chairman of PDP Speaker’s Forum took to his Facebook wall to mock the president who is also the presidential candidate of the ruling APC in the forthcoming general elections; when he said his certificate is with his clan head. The speaker did not just stop there but went on to say " See change na. LOL".
