There's a serious twist in the ongoing prob of  the recovered Ikoyi $43m Loot. Major-General Babagana Monguno, who is also the National Security Adviser (NSA) has been indicted.
The NSA was fingered by the Suspended Director General of  the National Intelligence Agency, Ambassador Ayo Oke who was before the Presidential Investigative Committee to be probed. While giving his report, the suspended NIA boss told the Committee that the NSA have full knowledge of the recovered funds. 
Oke said there was no ill-motive behind the cash.” At the end of it all, Oke, was heard saying “I did my best before the committee. I have left the rest to God.” 

Hmmm. This is serious, I wonder what the NSA know about the recovered loot. If indeed he knows so much as the suspended NIA boss claims, why didn't he say anything about the loot before now? Is this actually the case of a thief trying to nail another thief?   

The source added: “Oke gave a spirited defence of his career and said there was no ill-motive behind the cash.” At the end of it all, Oke was heard saying “I did my best before the committee.
