See how Joan Okon, of Tholakele Production got engaged in Port Harcourt

Tommy asking the big Question

Joan Okon, Founder of MMA Africa and daughter of former PDP chairman in Cross River state, Ntufam John Okon got engaged to her newly found lover Tommy Bien in Port Harcourt.
The Tholakele Production boss said she was grateful to God for bringing someone with the right character and strong will her way despite she wasn’t ready for a commitment.
Tommy, pulled a stunt on Joan when she was told she will be making her first club appearance and a surprise party in Port Harcourt, not knowing she was stepping into her engagement party.
What stirred up passion and fire within me was the lines Tommy used;

"I know you got a lot of guys on your case but am here, right here asking you to allow me be the one, I don't want to be a friend, or lover, I want to be your man for life" Tommy said while asking Joan to marry him.

The excited Joan took to her facebook wall to break the news of her engagement to friends and family when she penned down the following words:
IT’S NOT APRIL FOOL DAY!!!
It's a story of how God works in your life when you least expect a commitment, especially when you are not in a position for one, God sends someone with the right character and strong Will to you, I always said, I less care about RICHES or popularity,I don't do relationships with no meaning ,when is time to get settled I will and is Time .I can swear I never knew it was going to be you .My dad and family will be shocked.

Joan’s relationship with Tommy is barely 9 months old; they met in Port Harcourt where she is serving her father’s land as a corp member. According to her, she is happy that they have spent quality time together though not lengthy.

…From a true friendship to now life partners...it's never about the length of time but the quality of time.'

From all of us at TDN, we wish these love birds greater heights of romance, love and a blissful home as we await their wedding invitation.
