The Speaker of the 8th Cross River State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. John Gaul Lebo has successfully completed the two Harvard University African Fellowship in Kenya, East Africa.
The Speaker who was recently nominated by an international magazine as Nigeria's number one speaker was seen in Kenya early this week were he was rumoured to be attending the Harvard University African Fellowship programme.
Confirming the rumours, the erudite and Technology savvy speaker posted pictures and messages of himself and his colleagues in the programme. In one of his messages made available to TDN, Speaker Gaul, revealed that his area of training in the prestigious Harvard University is in Adaptive leadership for the 21st century Africa.
In addition, John Gaul a foremost legal practitioner who had been in private practice till 2011 when he first ventured into elective politics also secured a second Fellowship certification from Harvard Kennedy school of Governance and Politics, the first been a certificate in Decision Science under the Emerging leaders program 2017.
The Speaker had also taken a training in New Media and Communications from the Aga Khan University graduate school of Media and Communication.
According to information available to TDN both certificates were awarded the Speaker in Nairobi Kenya where he is also slated to attend the social media week Nairobi and address the panel on Innovation Governance.
