Going by the results announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, members of Abi state constituency have unanimously elected Dr. Davis Ettah to represent them in the 9th Assembly.
The PDP House of Assembly candidate polled a total of 12,521 votes to slam his closest contender of the APC who had 7,603 votes.
Recall that the Speaker of the Cross River state House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. John Gaul Lebo who represented Abi state Constituency in the 7th and 8th Assembly will be vacating office in the 9th Assembly. Going by this result, Dr. Davies Ettah will be replacing him in the 9th Assembly.
