The newly elected leadership of Child Protection Network Nigeria in Cross River State has visited the Commissioner, Ministry of International Development Corporation (MIDC), Dr. Inyang Asibong.
The visit which is part of the Network's familiarisation tour to relevant Ministries, Department and Agencies, saw the Commissioner, her Directors and Heads of departments at the Ministry receiving the CPN team with excitement as vistas of collaborative opportunities were discussed.
The State Coordinator, Kebe Ikpi, informed the Commissioner and her team that they came to introduce the new CPN leaders to her and to seek for partnership that will benefit the children of Cross River State. The Ministry was given Honourary membership of CPN.
In her response, Asibong thanked the Kebe Led team for finding the ministry fit to visit. She pledged the support of the Ministry to CPN and urged the new leaders to build on the successes of the former leaders.
Copies of Cross River State International Development policy and Social protection policy by were presented by the honourable Commissioner Dr Mrs. Inyang Asibong to the CPN state coordinator.
