CALABAR — The Ben Akak Foundation, renowned for its impactful community development initiatives, has announced openings for two key positions: Secretary and Program Manager. This move aims to strengthen the foundation's administrative and project management capacities as it continues to serve the community with dedication and excellence.
The Ben Akak Foundation is seeking dynamic and dedicated individuals to join our team for the following positions:
1. SECRETARY
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain records.
Assist with scheduling and coordination of meetings and events.
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
A team player with a willingness to learn and adapt.
2. PROGRAM MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term and long-term projects.
Coordinate and liaise with stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any potential issues.
Develop and manage project budgets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.
A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the organization.
