CALABAR - The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Cross River State Forestry Commission, Ntufam Rt. Hon. Deacon George O'ben-Etchi, PhD, FCIA, has congratulated the Governor of Cross River State, His Excellency, Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu, on his recent conferment with an Honorary Doctorate of Humanities by Modibbo Adama University, Yola, as well as his recognition as Sun Governor of the Year.
