CALABAR – The Member representing Calabar Municipality/Odukpani Federal Constituency, Bassey Akiba, has conveyed a heartfelt message of congratulations to the Governor of Cross River State, Bassey Otu, on his investiture as National Patron of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations.
