Police operatives attached to Azia Police Station in Ihite Azia, Ihiala LGA Anambra State has arrested Mr. Christian Alisigwe, 35 for allegedly killing his four years old son with a cutlass.
Suspect allegedly used a cutlass and killed his own biological son Master Ebubechukwu Alisigwe aged 4years and buried the corpse in a shallow grave at his compound.
Meanwhile, police detectives visited the Scene, exhumed the corpse and deposited same at Abam mortuary for autopsy after it was certified dead by a medical doctor.
When contacted, SP Haruna Mohammed, PPRO, Anambra State Police Command For-Commissioner of Police Anambra State Command confirmed the story adding that the case has been transfered to the Criminal Investigation Department, CID
