Who is Witch Hunting Duke?

Rt. Hon. Orok Duke

... As C'River loss 22 bids to lead sport Federations in Nig

It was the pioneer vice Chancellor of UNICAL who said that Cross River State is an atomistic society that is Perpetually against itself.

With modern day realities as demonstrated by politicians across the state and party line we will be forced to say that the University Don who first piloted the affairs of University of Calabar wasn't wrong after all when he described Cross River State as a state inimical to development especially when such development isn't in sync with some persons.

In recent times we have seen how many Cross Riverians celebrated the removal of Justice Walter Onoghen as Chief Justice of the Federation, the unceremonious sack of Mrs. Winifred Oyo-Ita, Barr Obono-Obla to mention but a few. Some APC youths even had to put a strong campaign against the appointment of Akin Rikett as chairman of Nigerian Ports Authority.

Cross Riverians are seriously yet to learn from their huge losses arising from the fight against each other.

Cross River State had never had it this low in sports administration and placement. This is a state where almost all the sports started from. Ranging from football to cricket, handball, weightlifting and what have you. This informs why they state has produced erudite sport administrators like Etubom Oyo Orok Oyo, Chief Efiom Okon, Ikpeme's of this world, Ntiero Effiom etc.

It wouldn't be out of place to say that in Cross River State, sport has taken a nose dived  ever since  Emmanuel  Elom was made Chairman of sports commission. The state is no where to be found in any sport.

It is very disheartening to state that even the table tennis that was our last strength and pride would be lost if time is not taken. The training complex was sealed some weeks to some major tournaments Elom claimed that the instruction was from above.

However, to the glory of God, the table tennis fraternity has been blessed with a six board complex from the enclosed three and with Olympic standard facilities.

How can one explain that Cross Riverians contested to head different  zonal and national body of sports and we lost in all the 22 different sports.
The last man standing Chief Orok Duke who is running as the South South Chairman of Table Tennis Federation had been endorsed by five out of six states.

Who is Elom working for?

Orok Otu Duke the last man standing in National sport administration, as Cross rivers state candidates about loss out in 22 ot of 32 sports at elections.

Information has it that, the government of his state wants him down. They have been busy calling delegates from other state not to vote Orok Duke and even if Orok Otu Duke wins he will be the only Cross Riverian administering any of the 32 sports.

Elom, director of sports and cohorts have gone horse trading, vowing that they have instruction and duty that Orok Duke should also lost his bid of becoming the South South Chairman of Table Tennis Federation

See below other state standing in elections  held 2 days ago. Orok Duke elections is coming up on the 30th of September, 2021.
