A non-governmental organisation known as May and Frank Akpo Youth and Child Development Foundation is set to offer full scholarship to pupils in nursery school with a focus on nurseries 1-3 and grades 1-3.
According to a statement signed by leadership of the Organisation, the scholarship is in commemoration of its 2nd anniversary targeted at the entire elementary education of successful pupils at the May and Frank Akpo Foundation Nursery And Primary School.
The statement added that interested pupils are to attend an entrance examination on the 5th of November, 2022 at the school compound E2 Layout (Lemna Area), Calabar at 9:00am prompt.
Accreditation and registration for the examination begins at 8:00 am prompt.
This if not mistaken will be the first of its kind where elementary pupils will be granted scholarships of this magnitude.
Recall that only recently May and Frank Foundation had assisted some small and medium-scale entrepreneurs in the state with some seed funds to set up businesses. A gesture which was greatly appreciated by many.
