Ayade eulogies Ada Bekwara, says he's a multidimensional man blessed of God




Governor Ben Ayade of Cross River State over the weekend has said that Chief Signor Omang Idiege, the Ada Bekwarra ll  is a man blessed of God in multidimensional ways who has become a blessing to his administration.


Ayade who was represented by his deputy, Prof. Ivara Esu in Thanksgiving Mass held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Gakem Bekwarra, in honour of the traditional ruler, said the monarch who also doubles as the Cross River State  Commissioner for Youth Development and Skills Acquisition have over the years acquired several experiences as a former legislator who currently sits in the state executive council has contributed enormously to the success of the administration. 

 "The Ada Bekwarra is one-man who have tested legislature years back and right now he is In the executive arm of government as a commissioner and at the same time a traditional ruler worthy of thanking God for his numerous blessings." He said.

In his sermon, the officiating priest, Rev. Father Bernard Anaeke who spoke on the topic "Devine Visitation", charged the congregation to imbibed the spirit of Thanksgiving in their spiritual race.

 The Clergy, appreciated Chief Signor Omang Idiege, the Ada Bekwarra ll for honouring God with a Thanksgiving and prayed God continually reward him at all times.

Speaking during the ever, the Ada Bekwarra ll Signor Omang Idiege informed that the event which has been an annual exercise since 2007 is one of the many ways he uses to appreciate God for all He has done for him, his family and the entire Bekwarra Nation. He said its always a solemn occasion for him as it reminds him of his mortality and the need to continue to be humane as well as live a life worthy of emulation. 

 He maintained that God has blessed him, therefore, he would continue to acknowledge and thank Him through out the rest of his life while describing God's blessings as divine.


 The event was attended by the Deputy Governor, Professor Ivara Esu, Federal House Representatives, member representing Obudu, Bekwarra and Obanliku Constituency, Hon. Legor Idagbo, Chief Peter Orji, Chief Tony Udiandeye,  Professor Anthony Eneji, some members of the state house of Assembly and members of the State Executive Council members, the paramount ruler of Bekwarra Ushie-Kakpa Linus Ogbeche Odey among others.
