As the Independent Electoral Commission continues to collate results from Polling units, wards and local governments, TDN can confirm that a close associate of the All Progressives Congress presidential candidate and the 2019 Governorship candidate of the party, Sen. John Owan Enoh has not just won his unit , ward and LGA in the Presidential election but all the 3 Federal seats in his Central Senatorial district as well as the senatorial seat have been won by the APC.This is despite the fact that the Governorship candidate of the rival PDP not only comes from the Central Senatorial district but from the same LGA with Sen Owan Enoh.This unarguably is the result of his goodwill and hard work.
Owan Enoh who was also a gubernatorial aspirant of the party in Cross River state and only dropped his quest at the intervention of the Jagaban himself had thereafter swung into action exercising and mobilizing his robust and functional statewide political structure for the benefit of his principal , Asiwaju and the generality of the APC.
Below are the Presidential election results from Owan Enoh's unit/ward/LGA :
Unit result:
APC= 65
PDP= 4
LP= 25
ADC= 1
AA= 1
NRM= 3
AAC= 2
A= 1
APGA= 1
ADP= 1
Total 111
Ward Result:
APC=492
LP=158
PDP=100
The party fared pretty well in the central senatorial with Rt. Hon Mike Etaba of Obubra/Etung coasting to victory and Rt Hon Alex Egbona of Abi/Yakurr federal constituency securing a land slide victory. Sir Victor Abang of the APC secured the seat for Boki/Ikom Federal constituency.Rt Hon Eteng Williams of the APC has an unassailable lead for the Senate seat of the Central .

Recall that the All Progressives Congress Presidential candidate Sen. Bola Tinubu had in a town hall meeting held in Calabar pleaded with sen. Enoh to drop his lawsuit against the party's gubernatorial candidate, Sen. Bassey Otu and rather work to unite and work towards the party's victory at the polls.
