CALABAR – The Destiny Cross River Covenant Project, under the visionary leadership of Archbishop Josef Bassey, has joined millions of Cross Riverians and Nigerians in celebrating His Excellency, Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu, Governor of Cross River State, on the occasion of his 66th birthday.
