CALABAR – The First Lady of Cross River State, Bishop Dr. Eyoanwan Bassey Otu, has been commended for her sustained commitment to the empowerment of women, children, and vulnerable groups across the state.
This commendation was contained in a birthday tribute issued by the Ministry of Commerce, Cross River State, in honour of the First Lady, where she was described as a compassionate leader whose humanitarian interventions continue to bring hope and transformation to communities.
