CALABAR – Joseph Edet, popularly known as “Lashakara,” Chairman of the Joseph Edet Foundation, has eulogised Her Excellency, Bishop Dr. Eyoanwan Bassey Otu, as she marks her 62nd birthday.
In a heartfelt message, Lashakara described the First Lady as a beacon of compassion whose life of service continue to uplift women, children, and vulnerable communities across Cross River State. He lauded her unwavering commitment to humanitarian causes and empowerment initiatives that have transformed lives at the grassroots.
“Your Excellency, your dedication to service and passion for uplifting the vulnerable continue to inspire all of us. You are a mother to many, a true role model, and a symbol of hope for our communities,” Edet said.
Highlighting her transformative influence, the grassroot politician emphasized that her leadership and advocacy for social inclusion and empowerment remain a source of motivation for both citizens and leaders across the state.
Lashakara’s eulogy further reaffirmed the widespread respect and admiration Bishop Otu commands, celebrating her legacy of service, compassion, and commitment to the people of Cross River State.
As Cross Riverians join in celebrating her birthday, Edet prayed for God’s blessings, good health, and continued strength for Her Excellency to sustain her noble mission of serving humanity.
