CALABAR – Barrister Odum‑Ijom Ukam, Commissioner for Youth Development, Cross River State, has felicitated Her Excellency, Bishop Dr. Eyoanwan Bassey Otu, on the occasion of her birthday, describing her as a role model for young people across the state.
