CALABAR – The Cross River State Representative at the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Rt. Hon. Orok Duke, has congratulated the Governor of Cross River State, Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu, on the occasion of his third anniversary in office, describing his administration as one defined by visionary leadership, transformation, and impactful governance.
In a goodwill message commemorating the milestone, Duke applauded Governor Otu’s unwavering dedication to the peace, growth, and prosperity of Cross River State, noting that the governor has continued to inspire confidence through purposeful leadership and people-oriented governance.
The congratulatory message, captured in a commemorative anniversary poster, celebrated Governor Otu’s achievements over the past three years and acknowledged his commitment to transforming the state through strategic governance and developmental initiatives.
“On this special milestone, we celebrate your visionary leadership, dedication to service, and unwavering commitment to the peace, growth, and prosperity of Cross River State,” Duke stated.
He further prayed for greater wisdom, strength, and divine guidance for the governor as he continues to lead the state toward greater heights.
